Absolutely stunning spot right in the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were amazing and very comfortable and there was a really good selection of food for the buffet breakfast.

If I could put a 100/10 I would do it. One of the best hotels I've ever been to! 1. Location couldn't be better, the hotel is located right in the city center, it takes 30 seconds to get to the main square, about 5 minutes to get to the Rouen Cathedral... So many cafes, restaurants, stores, bars are around. Besides, the hotel has its own small yard so you can chill there as well which was cool. 2. The staff was amazing as well! The girls on the reception were the sweetest! Special thanks goes to the young black girl (I'm sorry I don't know the names), you were so kind and sweet, thank you so much for all your help! Cleaning ladies also were very welcoming and nice. So thanks literally to everyone! 3. The hotel is very beautiful. It's dedicated to Gustave Flaubert and it feels like you're in his house. Beautiful paintings, sofas, books, even early versions of the writer's works. It's not a hotel, it's a place where you feel motivated enough to become more intelligent, to read more and to learn more. Such places mean a lot to me. 4. About room... It was incredible! Comfortable bed, beautiful view, tea and coffee that the staff put in our room every single day, kettle, all the necessary things like shampoo, shower gel, etc. (slippers would be a great addition though) Everything was absolutely perfect! Oh, I also loved things that you can buy from the hotel: books, sweets, mugs, bottles, etc. And the prices for some items are even better than in the stores! Thank you very much! Can't wait to be back!

    Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Location was good however it might be worth explaining how close to the restaurants on the river the hotel is when guests arrive as the hotel is in a great location for these once found. I think most people will head for the centre first like we did. The room is one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in, in a hotel. The design was lovely, it was comfortable with brilliant facilities inside.

    Amazing concept of literature and well executed interior design with handwritten manuscripts and even a full size statue of the man himself. Very convenient location in the center of the historical zone. Friendly staff, always willing to help with everything we asked for. Loved everyone!
