It was more than i can imagine! Everything was too good to be true. I strongly recommend this resort for all travelers, for sure you will get more than you expect. Hotel's vibe was wonderful, great atmosphere, location was perfect. Many options for the restaurants around. Pool was good. Great and a very diverse selection of breakfast was outstanding. Room service was always clean and neat (thanks for the chocolates every time you entered! :)) Reception Staff and other staff are very friendly and super helpful (renting a car, event planning, inquiries, scooter renting, etc.) We did the right choice by choosing this hotel, we were pleased with everything, thank you!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s just a 5-minute walk from one of the best beaches in Tenerife. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is a highlight — such an incredible variety of dishes and a huge selection of fresh fruits. It’s also great that there are water refill stations available throughout the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything in this hotel is designed for the guests’ convenience. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing, from arrival to departure. Everything was great. The stuff really really friendly, especially Mohammed, he was always smiling and in such a good mood (everyday!!) he also made me smile when I was so sad when we had to checkout. Big compliments! ❤️ Tip: go to the big breakfast arrea, there you find a big selection of food in the morning (fresh churros, fresh smoothies & fruit, eggs etc).
