Everything was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect location amenities everything, every staff member especially the first receptionist (photo attached) who greeted us changed our lives.

I practically never write reviews, but this place truly deserves it! 🙌🏻 It was a real escape from the hustle and bustle of city life—starting with the journey to the hotel. A tiny serpentine road winds into the mountains, passing through a beautiful forest straight out of a fairytale. The views were breathtaking, the rooms spacious, the food excellent, and the atmosphere incredibly romantic—calm and quiet. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that breakfast was served in the room—no need to rush in the morning. Just wake up and enjoy the moment with your partner. We stayed for two nights but wished we had booked a bit longer. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, even after we checked out. They managed to secure a reservation for us at a three-star Michelin restaurant—something we thought was impossible!

The location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be part of everything. Receptionist was more than helpful and was very professional and pleasant. The room was well presented and very comfortable. Parking in the secure car park was 17.00 euros, but a price worth paying for piece of mind. Breakfast was excellent value at 11.00 euros each. Checking out was hassle free. We will definitely return.

Now this is the place, that surprises you in the best possible way. From the outside... Well, it doesn't look good. But then you take a lift upstairs and you're in a different world. The interiors are modern, but decorated with taste. There's a lot of space, kitchen, restaurant - everything very modern and efficient. My room had a small kitchen as well and a huge smart TV. The rooms are quiet so you can get nice rest. There are a lot of parking spaces and if you're lucky you can find a space under the roof (especially important for motorcycles).

This modern décor hotel is located in Urnieta’s Industrial Park, only 7 minutes’ drive from the city of San Sebastián. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms.

Clean and comfortable. Complementary soft drinks (they re-filled every day!). There's also a common area with nice coffee and tea, and tables - we usually bought some pastries/ham/etc from outside and had a nice breakfast there. The location is great too - 5-10 minutes walking from the train station or from the Kursaal convention center. Great value for money.
