We were greeted with a smile, and were able to check into our room early. It was on the 9th floor, with a view of the Santa Bárbara Castle. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The chocolates in the room were an added surprise. The location is perfect -- across the street from the Mercado and in the middle of the city. Only a short walk to the beach and esplanade.

AC Hotel by Marriott Alicante is 500 metres from Alicante Train Station and 1.5 km from Postiguet Beach.

High standard, the room had all the essentials (including slippers and bathrobes). The curtains were tight (you can completely darken the room during the day), and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. No complaints about the room, amenities, bathroom, or fresh toiletries. We only slept one night on our way to a different place, but I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a 5-minute walk to the city center (via El Carrer dels Bolets).

Very helpful and nice personnel at reception. When we came to our room, it had not been cleaned. When addressing this in the reception we got a new room way better than we had booked, in the front row to the ocean with a spectacular view! Overall very friendly and nice personnel. Will highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!
