The amenities, the house is beautiful, everything is spotless clean, the location, the food…but the best part is the staff. They are lovely and sweet, always ready to help even when we did not speak the same language. They always managed to find a way to communicate with us and help us. And the most comforting thing when coming back to the hotel was being received by them and their amazing soups and tea time <3

The people. Amazing service! I had to weigh my luggage and had 2 odd size luggage. A staff came up to help weigh them and I asked if I could have the odd sized item packed at the airport. He was not sure, but volunteered to help me with it. I was on an urgent work call. He helped me to pack it and quietly left the room. Totally impressed! All the staff at East are warm and friendly. Now definitely my go-to hotel when I am back:)

We only stayed for one night, but it was a wonderful experience! The accommodation has a perfect location. The shadow play workshop was a real highlight – the artist passionately explained how he creates his performance, which was fascinating. What truly made our stay special were Misa and Tom. Without them, our experience would not have been nearly as good. They are absolutely indispensable – incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Thanks to them, we felt truly welcome and cared for. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay in this traditional boutique hotel. Very quiet location and near to Wangfujing pedestrian street. The staff members are so kind and always ready to help you. They have also a restaurant with good food. Very quiet location and always clean. The courtyard is fantastic and rooms are very nice decorated. We thank you for everything and take care, definitely we will return in the future:) Greetings from Romania!

The Room and clean and serviced 2-3 times a day, The Staff are amazing!!! Breakfast was great and as far as the location it was perfect for my business needs and is attached to a very artistic mall with lots of food and shopping. The art work in the hotel is fantastic!
