Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.

Central. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, & a very large mall with all the famous international brands. Our room was exceptional - huge with sweeping views over the city & the surrounding mountains. The bed & bedding was blissfully comfortable. Absolutely stunning hotel with staff to match. The food was amazing as was the decor and layout of the hotel. The location is perfect and in an area where you can walk to a large mall and around the streets safely. Easy to use Uber and taxis to get to other locations. Don’t even conserve starting anywhere else.
