One of the best customer service ever seen. We noted that we are arriving with our dog. The owner asked us how big the dog is. When we arrived there was a made doggy bed in our room together with two bowls and even doggy treats. Really kind. Recommend

Level 3 traveler-I looked forward to our second stay at BnB Villa Verde, this one 5 nights Dec 4-9th 2024 to see Christmas Markets/Krampus.Like staying with friends Alex & Iris are wonderful hosts-friendly,funny,informative.Boutique cozy feel, extra comfy king bed.Breakfast is scrumptious with made to order eggs and coffee service. Alex is sociable and outgoing yet balancing privacy.Located in quiet area one-way street adjacent to a brook and 7 min to main shop street.We stayed in Oct 23 and rebooked happily for our return,perhaps the best compliment. This accommodation definitely exceeded my expectations! The single room was just lovely; very clean and spacious with a very well-sized bathroom. The staff was so lovely and the breakfast had many healthy options, which was definitely a bonus compared to the more standard options we usually encounter in hotels. I loved my room so much, that I found it hard to say goodbye towards the end of my stay. Location-wise, it is situated very close to the centre (roughly 10 minutes away) but it is so much more quiet, which was an advantage. I will definitely stay here again when I re-visit Salzburg! To all the staff at Bergland Hotel; you are all doing an amazing job, thank you for the quality and level of hospitality you are offering!

The apartment is really new and clean. Check-in, though contactless, was a breeze and very smooth. Special thanks to all the staff who responded very quickly when we discovered no water in the bathroom’s flushing system. A big thank you to the friendly staff who came by our apartment to fix the problem. The issue, from first point of contact via messaging to resolution, took only about an hour! Kudos to the staff 😊. We will definitely come back again when we next travel to Salzburg.

Location is wonderful! Just few walking steps to all tourist places; Mirabell garden, restaurants, shopping area. Salzburg HBF main train station is very near (5 minutes by car, 18 minutes walking distance). Staff were very friendly and arranged everything for us; transportation, tickets, etc. I highly recommend staying at this hotel; not just in Salzburg, but wherever it is available in any city specially in Vienna!
