The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The localation is very central. The breakfast is across the street in the Margo bar and is very nice. The staff in the bar were also very kind. Would 100% recommend this hotel to travellers to Pristina.

Liked everything - so clean, very cute, wonderful staff, very good location - was not sure when booking originally but I think the hotel is nicer than the booking pictures - it’s very small so you need reasonable expectations - boutique not big main stream hotel
