The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

Located in Lahore, 15 km (27 Mins) from the airport, the Luxus Grand Hotel features free WiFi access, free private parking. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location, quite close to the old town. The room had everything we needed for our comfort. Glass bay window on patio with glass roof: no terrible noise outside. If the room door has a privacy sign, no one bothers you. The reception staff very professionally solved our problem with taxi drivers. The restaurant staff was also very attentive to our requests.
