From the very beginning, everything was outstanding – a warm and heartfelt welcome, beautifully designed rooms, and service that went far beyond our expectations. The entire team was incredibly attentive, always with a smile on their face, and constantly going the extra mile to make our stay truly unforgettable. The facilities are first-class, the food is both delicious and varied, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and elegance. We left with wonderful memories and would recommend this hotel 100%! A very special thank you to Ammar Kevin Eu, who went above and beyond to arrange a ferry for us after we unexpectedly missed the public one. His dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant journey. A heartfelt thank you also to Johan, such a warm and friendly person, who gave us an wonderful tour of the entire hotel complex. The rooms were beyond our expectations. We loved that modern and local design and products were tastefully combined to create a comfortable space. Great breakfast. We enjoyed having the usual Western options and then being able to dip into the local cuisine. Perfect location. 24-hour check-in since we arrived in the wee hours. Amenities such as toothbrushes and cutlery are available upon request, except for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body/hand wash, which are provided in the bathroom.
