She gave us a lot of useful information and was really cheerful. She made coffee for us and explained where we could smoke and leave our luggage the next day. The room is nice and clean. There's everything one can need during the stay. There are sockets and light switches at each bed. Also, there was water and hairdryer with a diffuser. The location is perfect. The hotel is almost in the center, and it takes only 30 minutes to get to the airport by metro. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Sofia.

I loved the lobby, and the rooms. The luggage storage was a great addition, and the wifi worked flawlessly. Coffee and tea setup in the room was great! Wonderful bathrooms, and beds. Close to public transit. All the staff spoke English.
