People were so friendly and professional although they were young. Breakfast area was limited but food was very rich.

Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.
