A secluded area about a 10-minute drive from Iasi main shopping centre and Palace. There is also a Lidl within 5 minutes drive and is also a 5 minute drive from Iasi International Airport. The apartment is a private accommodation with fencing all the way round the grounds and a private gated entrance. There is a covered car port to park a car if you have one. The grounds are very nice, and the fact it is private makes it even better. There is a barbecue to use if you want, and a washing line if you decide to do some washing. All 3 bedrooms are large, and all have king-size beds. All bedrooms have very large double wardrobes. The bathroom is very spacious and offers a triangular bath, a separate shower with a rain shower head or standard shower head, a large sink, and a mirror. Also in the bathroom is a washing machine which is perfect even if you are staying for 3 / 4 days. There is a large sofa area with a TV, an open style kitchen with a gas hob and an electric oven, table, and 6 chairs + lots of cupboard space, a large fridge freezer and all cooking utensils / pots and pans. All the flooring is wooden and gives a lovely feel to the apartment. There is also a private balcony with a table and 4 chairs with a beautiful view of the city. This property is very nice, and I would certainly advise if the property is available to look no further. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant and will show you around when you arrive. When we stay in Iasi again, this will be the first place I look for. 10 out of 10 for me.

Terletak di Hlincea di kawasan Iaşi, Căsuța de pe deal mempunyai balkoni. Terletak 7.4km dari Palace of Culture, penginapan ini mempunyai taman dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Incredible location. Property shocked us how good it was. would have stayed for weeks there but on a business trip. definitely will come back on next trip to this part of Romania

We booked the accommodation last minute as Iasi was our last stop before ending our road trip in Romania. The host has been extremely nice and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The flat was amazingly comfy and beautiful, the surrounding was quiet and very nice as well. It's a beautiful place to stay for a few days: kind and helpful staff, very nice and clean rooms - traditionally decorated, cleanliness and quietness. Wonderful views around the vacation house - the forest and even a small lake with 5 ducks 😀 Almost everything here met my expectations and I said "almost" just because it was a little cold inside at the beginning of our stay but hosts fixed the problem as soon as they could! I will definitely visit this place again 😊 ! Highly recommended 👌
