We had a lovely few days on the farm. The accommodation was lovingly furnished and everything you need is there. It was apple harvest and therefore a little busy on the farm. However, it was wonderfully quiet at the weekend. The property has a beautiful view of the Theewaterskloof Dam. A truly idyllic spot. We loved it. Very friendly hosts.

There aren't enough words to describe what a little slice of heaven the Last Word is. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Conrad and his team were so welcoming and attentive to all our needs. They were helpful and informative, giving you advice on things to do but also space to explore. The attention to detail is unmatched. Small gestures such as a thoughtful dessert on your bed at the end of the day, were just some of the ways they made our stay special. The facilities are luxurious, the location is perfect for exploring Franschhoek on foot. The only negative feeling we had during our entire stay was having to leave. Would recommend 100 times over.
