We had a great time at the property. The hosts are very nice, gave us a warm welcome and lots of information. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. The hob is electric, but there is also the option of gas as an alternative for load shedding. Everything was there that we needed. We were missing a small thing for the kitchen, and Martie brought it to us immediately. Very grateful. TV with Netflix. The WIFI was fine. Sometimes not stable and strong - you have to take it into account if you want to work online. It is very calm ares. Parking for one car is available (protected). Consider: there are no shops in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thanks very much!

Beautiful surroundings and scenery. Super friendly staff. Value for money. Nice pool looking out on pond with cool birds. Peaceful. Cute 3 dogs. Regret not being able to stay a day longer.

Everything is top class. Beautifully renovated cottages with everything you need for a self catering breakaway. Small little treats await you when you check in and ice cold sweet spring water. A nice big dam to cool off and the great welcome from Mila & Lila the resident collies. A perfect off the grid break away, with breath-taking mountain views.

    A quiet town between Robertson and Montagu, surrounded by...

    A quiet town between Robertson and Montagu, surrounded by vinyards and orchards. Shopping and dining within 10 to 20 minutes of scenic driving. Montagu had a lovely, intimate market, selling home made jams, preserves, cakes, clothing and some brick a brac. Robertson had live music and delicious meals at Bourbon Street restaurant, on the main road. Beautiful historic buildings and wine farms close by. Don't forget to by wine!

    Lots to do, lots of places around Ashton to visit.

    Lots to do, lots of places around Ashton to visit. We enjoyed the Market which had a wine boutique, restaurant. Nursery and shop all in one building. Montagu was quite near and all the Estates in Robertson. Four Cousins restaurant is a definite to vidit
