This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, clean and bright. Huge walk in shower with unlimited hot water and good pressure. Beautiful side view of city and mountains from balcony as rooms are on the 11th and 12th floor of the Centre Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaners. I had a problem using the TV and messaged the hotel. Someone was at my door within two minutes to help me. The breakfast was plentiful in a large restaurant with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked a park. I got free use of a gym in the basement and a free ticket for a movie. I will definitely stay at the hotel again if I return to Gjokova, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from bus station.

Location close to the old town and bazaar. It was about a good 15 minute walk from the main bus station.Very lovely receptionist, her first day on the job who was always on call to help and answer any questions.

The Hotel is excellent , with big parking place ,the view is amaizing ,rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly with professional receptionist. The food at restaurant is very delicious. If I come back in Gjakove, I will stay again at Hotel La Villa.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Infinity Plaza Hotel. Alban and his staff are super nice and friendly people, that will do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay. We once had a request at 12AM that could've waited until the next day, but he managed to come by in the midst of the night to make sure we feel comfortable. Also, they offered us to charge our EV for free at his hotel. Can only recommend, 10/10.

    The view out front of the happy hotel, the place shines at night, and the sun reflects off of the river during the day. The buildings, the cobblestone streets, the sightings of family gatherings and the monuments dedicated to those whom have contributed to the town for its improvement were an amazing sight to behold and made me pleased to stay for the time I did.

    I love the old town.

    I love the old town. We were there for a music festival (Carshia Fest). It was really fun. The musical talent was amazing, actually. The food and drink was all good and not overpriced at all. Lots of good hotels in the area. It has a nice river walk and is near lots of great hiking. Old Turkish style architecture is still abundant in this town.
