I took my partner on vacation after a tiring period and had moments of comfortable relaxation at Eco Puluong - a wonderful resort with the scenery and people here. staffs are friendly and enthusiastic. An absolute must visit. The setting is magical right beside a flowing creek, fireflies light up the sky at night and you stay in lovely bamboo huts. Staff are friendly, cook amazing food and organised sightseeing all around Pu Luong for a great price. Cheaper than any tours. Being older travellers we rode on the back of the bikes for the first time. It was amazing. We could walk to 2 falls to swim and a walk up the mountain from the property. We got to make spring rolls too.

The room is phenomenal and spacious. Everything is constructed or covered in bamboo and you can really see how everything was built/renovated with an eye for details. The balcony is very nice and the views on the rice terraces are just stunning. The bed is comfy. The owners are really friendly, actively care for their guests and speak good english. Still as always in Vietnam, bring Google Translate or a similar app to talk to the employees. They also organized a tour for us on a very short notice. The food is freshly cooked and delicious. Due to that it takes a while to be prepared but it is totally worth the wait. There is a selection of different breakfasts you can choose from. The laundry service is great and they took care of our cloths very well.

The location of the boutique hotel is absolutely stunning. We had two connecting rooms (bungalow style) with direct view over the green rice terraced fields; it was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful! If you stay there, be sure to book a day-tour with Tim, the owner: he gets you to parts of Pu Luong you would never get the chance to discover on your own and he provides lots of interesting information! The kitchen is also very good there. We had dinner every evening of our stay and could taste the hot pot, which is an equivalent to our fondue bourguignonne. I recommend every traveler to stay at the Boutique Garden in Pu Luong.

My stay at Pu Luong Retreat has satisfied me Beyond any expectation. A special praise goes to the staff of the hotel, which first welcomed in Pu Luong and gave me so many tips on the area, on what to do and how to move through the enchanting beauty of this exotic landscape. Each member of the staff has been kind, professional and dedicated giving special attention to me as well as to each of the guests. The room was clean and beautifully furnished, not to mention the view of the blue mountains standing in the horizon surrounding the greenest rice fields and rice terraces. The breakfast has a wide choice of food, varying from the continental one to the vietnamese specialties. I booked a one day trekking of more than 14 km visiting the enchanting Kho Muong village and its mysterious cave, here I had an abundant, tasty lunch at a homestay, then me and the guide walked all through the Natural Reserve to get to the Thai Village of Uoi Lan Where i experienced the local art of making brocade textiles. ialso had the chance to experience a moment of bliss with a great energizing and yet relaxing massage at the Retreat Spa Just before leaving to Hanoi. Pu Luong Retreat was so pleasant i would recommend it to anyone.

    Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely...

    Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely friendly. Because it's newly open to tourism, it's quite peaceful, but it does mean there are fewer options (for example, no real affordable food choices). However, the quiet was just what we were looking for, and we both thought the area was one of the most beautiful places we'd ever seen. I would come back here again and again!!

    Pu luong luna resort is an absolute dream settled amongst the mountains and rice paddies. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the view from your balcony is incredible. The staff here are absolutely fabulous and go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend staying here and I'll certainly be back!

    Wonderful scenery & great staff.

    Wonderful scenery & great staff. It would be helpful if swimming towels were provided in the room. Enjoyed excursion to local market & then cookery course was great fun. Local walks are lovely. All in all a great place which we would thoroughly recommend to friends & family.

    The area is beautiful with so many interesting things to see...

    The area is beautiful with so many interesting things to see and visit. We visited local villages, saw a weaving demonstration and visited the local market, toured the water wheels and learned about the bamboo irrigation system, hiked to a waterfall, and took a bamboo raft down the river. Arranging transportation from our lodge was easy and the area was easy and interesting to travel around.
