Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Good service. Receptionist is very friendly, enthusiasm especially Julie Nguyen ( Dong Nhi) huge thanks to her. We could turn to her for help with any problem. She also introduced us to the local foods. The location of the hotel is great the nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. Clean and modern rooms. Lovely hotel in the heart of the city with clean and comfortable rooms. The owner of the property (Ms. Hue) is super friendly, helpful and speaks English very fluently. Probably, Pham Hotel & View is best choice in price range. Surely we will be back someday.
