The receptionist has been very kind with us, he helped us also with the luggages. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the AC was running properly. We are very satisfied with the choice we made!

We stayed in one of the bungalows which the owners built and designed themselves, it was extremely clean and very quiet, the owners also prepared a fantastic meal for us, it was in a very quiet rural village setting with lots of ethnic homestays, it was a very relaxing area, the owners are part of the Dao ethnic group, and we found them very interesting as well as a lovely couple, there son is also on hand to help and speaks very good English, it was a pleasure to meet the family.

This place is designed quite beautifully, with a very interesting traditional highland vibe! The breakfast is changed daily, and while the hotel staff don't speak English, they are very enthusiastic. Instead, the manager kindly help remotely and arranged service for me from Cao ban to the lodge.
