The hotel is convenient, for its price, location and the shittle bus from and to the airport. The staff is simply brilliant, polite and professional, I was so impress of how I was treated <3. The hotel looks simple in the outside, but it is super comfy in the inside, the room was spacious, very well decorated, the bed amazing. I cant recommend it enough! They have a stand in the airport, and everything has its logos to make people feel safe. I am a woman traveling alone, and I never felt safe before at the airport. Thanks to the hotel staff for its great work!

fantastic location near the airport with a beach just across the street, the hotel also has a restaurant much frequented by locals. exceptionally pleasant staff in both hotel and restaurant. not “fancy”, but clean and comfortable with good wifi.

Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.

    The place to stay and relax before taking your trip!!!

    The place to stay and relax before taking your trip!!! 5 ⭐️ the staff are professional and very informative don’t forget to pass by the mini store and of course book a massage it will leave you brand new, then go to the most comfy bed and no need to wake up super early to go the airport cause is just a couple of minutes away and they have a shuttle that departs from the hotel to the airport every 30 min.

    The staff at the hotel are very polite. The free transport service from and to the airport is outstanding . The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and it had a nice variety of dishes, juices and fruits. Also it is served from 6am which is super convenient. Overall my stay at the hotel was excellent. Thanks for the outstanding service.

    THis is a very standard hotel with small rooms with small windows. It is near the airport, but besides the little beach in front of it, the area is pretty boring. The bar staff is exceptionally very professional.

    Good place to stay near the airport. Ask hotel to arrange the transfer (12USD) and don't worry for logistics. Rooms are simple but good as overnight base. Internet works and welcome beer was a big bonus
