The area has some pretty good architecture and nature trails. I was there for a international race event which was quite good. I wouldn't recommend staying too long as there isn't much to see and good food is hard to come by. The dogs are friendly and well behaved and an added bonus. Pickett made us feel welcome. The property is well maintained, had plenty of amenities to include car charging, walking trails and is full of history. We really loved waking up in the country atmosphere.
