    Take what you need.

    Take what you need. Vending machines are high and not much in the way of choice. I was traveling across country with a full car,dogs and things I was moving with, so I didn't really think about anything. They do have coffee pots for sale, but I was there just one night.

    Pearl was lovely to visit during the cold snap in February.

    Pearl was lovely to visit during the cold snap in February. The variety of restaurants and their proximity to the hotels and extended stay were great. The proximity to outlet mall shopping and other attractions was good. The roads to the hotel were in great shape, but the road to enter the extended stay was horrible! Side roads need immediate attention before vehicles get damaged from holes and cracks in the street.

    All the years I have traveled I have never felt more at home...

    All the years I have traveled I have never felt more at home that at this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Cost effective and anything I needed they were on top of it. Questions about surrounding area was answered perfectly. Will stay here everytime

    Visiting family was the purpose of our trip.

    Visiting family was the purpose of our trip. I would not call Pearl or Jackson a tourist destination. That being said we did enjoy local sites. Some nice museums. Huge outlet mall. Lots of (good food) restaurants within 30 min. We found plenty to do. Mostly eat.

    Bed was comfortable.

    Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to make three trips to the front desk before I was able to settle into a room. The first set of keys didn't work and the first room either wasn't cleaned (the bed was unmade) or wasn't empty (I checked in after 9pm). There was a great deal of activity in the lobby after 9am and as a solo female traveler, I didn't feel very safe after three trips to the lobby when anyone watching could tell I was having issues. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

    Cleanliness of room. Booked for king sized bed.

    Cleanliness of room. Booked for king sized bed. Entered our room to two double beds. Arrived around 9 pm, exhausted and grieving because we were there for a memorable service the next morning. To exhausted to deal with the matter. Not sure if we will stay at another Super 8 due to the fact can't trust them on giving me the room that I booked and even received confirmation on.

    Located just off fairly busy road but reasonably well screened by trees so minimsing noise. Very clean and comfortable room. All expected facilities. Reason for stay was to travel to downtown jackson and then airport and was ideally located for both.if all motels in this chain and with this branding we're like this one then I am certain ratings for entire group would be massively improved. Finally was great value to the extent you would maybe have tolerated lesser standards but not necessary. Stayed in worse that cost more

    every thing is good. But the additional $25.00 was not returned to my card that has been deposited for security deposit. Otherwise nothing was wrong inn the hotel. and still i need my money if there is no broken things in the hotel. Thank you.
