    Nice lake vacation town with shops and dining, Go to “Jaspers” if you can! So wonderful family entertainment!! Many lakes in the area.Ate at “The Good Life”. Food is good but wear ear protection!

    Cute small town with lots of civic pride and plenty to see and do. EXCELLENT public library, lots of ice cream shops, a very well-stocked Ben Franklin store, terrific community theater as well as a movie theater. Y's Steakhouse was outstanding (try the walleye!) and the Great Northern Cafe had a huge breakfast selection (delicious French toast).

    A nice size up north city. Easy to get around.

    A nice size up north city. Easy to get around. Has plenty of shopping and fast food restaurants. Could use a nice upscale restaurant. Had to drive 10 and 16 miles for a good place to eat. Great bike trail. Go to Blueberry Pines Golf Course Restaurant for a nice dining experience.

    Nice, affordable stay just a few blocks from Park Rapids' charming main street. Also convenient if you're planning on biking the Heartland trail, and a good "home base" for visiting the Itasca Park. Spacious room, microwave/fridge are included, and the breakfast was decent too. Would stay here again!
