Bad location, front desk female was rude , I got charged an xtra $50 due to the fact that I had more than 2 children with me , my granddaughter got hurt by kids in pool . I told front staff they just gave them a warning instead of not being back in the pool . My granddaughter was bleeding out of her nose. Bad experience hotel was to strict .. if you make noise you get charged. Just bad experience will not going there again… The pool was okay.. They wanna overcharge people due to the pool . Sticking to my original hotel!

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and it was wonderful. The view of Lake Erie and the sunsets were spectacular. Bald eagles could often be spotted flying overhead. It's not far from Presque Isle Park and the beaches there were excellent. Our suite had a Kitchen , enough to make our own meals. The staff and or owners are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. The pool which I believe is heated looked beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again in the future

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was special, plenty of choice and a pancake machine I’ve never seen before. Kids loved it. We enjoyed the bar across from the entrance in the evening. The hotel offered a pool that kids would love. We found the hotel location near the road we were on so this was great for us, no noise in room though.

I like how it is all set up I like both pools. The hot tub jets could be a bit stronger. I like the gym the sauna The breakfast is always so great. When I go to ERIE I always stay here My rewards membership II'm kind of upset about taking my points away. They all expired. I don't understand why they expire.. The beds were so comfortable So all in all. This is my favorite hotel

The swimming pool was the most reason to stay in this hotel. I would definitely recommend it
