Lovely stay and great staff - just what I needed, even though a bit pricey once taxes and resort fees were factored in. Access to the boardwalk was nice - allowed me to walk to the people I was visiting. A dip in the pool was therapeutic.

I liked the attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the friends who helped for breakfast service. The hotel was really clean, the room was big enough.

    For me, this hotel was adequate to spend the night in order to catch a flight the next morning. I think it was overpriced for the room with it's non-functioning lamps and a sink that didn't drain well. At least it came with an airport shuttle and continental breakfast. The cleanliness was a little questionable but it was dark and difficult to see. The night reception staff were not very friendly but they were courteous and check-in was quick and easy through booking.com. The only "food" places that were open when I arrived at 8 pm and just next door were a Burger King and a Popeye's.

    We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

    Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

    the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi. The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions. fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA. THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's

    Waited 1 hour for the hotel shuttle finally, I paid $25 and caught an Uber. At midnight I waited in line 30 minutes at the desk to check in. The person at the front desk despite everyone being very upset and hostile towards him handled himself well. Once I got to my room it was what you expect at a $50 Motel 6, thin pillows, a hard bed, and everything cheap, towels etc. I paid $300 for a miserable experience from start to finish.

    It was close to the airport which we needed it to be. The hotel felt more personable than others we have stayed in owing to the very welcoming staff member who was both courteous and informative. The decor was good. The room had everything we needed .

    Once I got to the hotel, the staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is also very good, close to the airport. Simple breakfast provided was perfect before I headed for my flight.

    really convenient to JFK airport and a lovely, comfortable hotel. good sized room with a nice bathroom. Front desk staff were super helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a real bonus.
