A train tack was right behind the hotel with permanent RV residents in the parking lot. The rooms were very small. The only positive was relatively freshly painted room. Location was perfect as we needed to take other guests to the Eugene airport by 3:30 AM. Airport was only 6 miles/11 minutes away.
