Was not impressed with the staff, breakfast was featured as a free benefit, yet there was none. Hairdryer was broken and no alternative was offered. Blackout curtains were 4 inches too short, so sunlight streamed to the room at daybreak. This was especially annoying, since my flight was six hours delayed and I was looking forward to a restful sleep. I had alerted the hotel staff to my late arrival, and checked in again, when I arrived at the airport, with phone call alerting them to further delays.Guest review byAnita ReyneUnited States
