The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. And, the host was incredibly responsive. I have Parkinson's which has made speaking very difficult, particularly on the phone. So, I prefer to text or use email. The host responded to my email inquiries within minutes. This property was perfect for an overnight stay en route to Nashville. If you recognize it for what it is, a manufactured home in a very clean and well kept park, then it will suit you perfectly. The next time we're traveling in this area, we will stay for more than one night. Tip: bring your own coffee and ice, or do like we did, check in then make the 15 minute drive to Walmart for supplies.Guest review byWilliamUnited States

I would like to go back in the summer, near lakes, etc. Exceptionally clean. Upgraded accommodations were very nice and comfortable. Great choices for continental breakfast. Pool area looks wonderful but not open yet. The owner and his son are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Location was quiet, conveniently located next to restaurants and stores. Staff was pleasant and friendly, accommodating my dog was an ease. The rate for pets is great, most hotels charge an arm and a leg! Overall a great stay, ate at a local restaurant about 5 minutes away. Went up to 6ft. Had breakfast but it was more like grab and go. But it was nice .. all name branded stuff. Cute little hotel. Close to some restaurants, parks some shops.
