The building used to be the Education Bureau so it can tell the corridor is so wide and bright. I love my stay, with clean and well-maintained room, comfortable bed, hot shower, and nice room view. The breakfast is excellent. I also used the gym which is new and clean. I didn't use the swimming pool but I saw kids were having fun.

    Cleveland has many great things, without the problems of...

    Cleveland has many great things, without the problems of many larger cities. It has a world-class symphony - very impressive. Also, world-class medical facilities. World-class museums, too. It has many of the niceties of places like Chicago, without most of the negatives. The area around Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University is particularly enjoyable, both in the daytime, and in the evening. It's definitely worth a visit.

    Been to quite a few places. Absolutely hated it there. The streets where people could park in the street right next to where u park your car. And then you had to wait till they came back and moved . If your going to have a restaurant and it is inside another building. They need to mention that on the Google app. So people can find it. We where going to spend another night and do more things. But after we left the restaurant we googled something else. It never took us to where we wanted to go. We went back to the hotel and got are things and left Cleveland. Never ever will I go back there.

    Went to the Great Lakes Brewery on 25th and Market downtown,...

    Went to the Great Lakes Brewery on 25th and Market downtown, and it was good food and beer, and a lot of history. Then to Rocket Arena for a Eric Clapton concert which was fantastic! All the people we talked to were very friendly and helpful.

    Went to Rock and roll hall of fame it was nice and a very short drive to our room. Wanted to attend a baseball game but our room was to nice to leave. We wanted to take advantage of the nice location we were at. We were only able to fit so much in we do feel we would like to return.

    We were in town for a concert and spent the next day...

    We were in town for a concert and spent the next day shopping and eating in the city. It is easy to get around with lots of fun restaurants and shops. There were lots of people walking around in town for the concert and the baseball game, and we felt safe.

    We lived the Museum of Art .we ended up going there 2 days...

    We lived the Museum of Art .we ended up going there 2 days in a row ….there was so many exhibits to see. The Rock & Roll HOF was ok but not what we expected ! It was very crowded…the movies thru showed were great!

    breakfast and the snacks at the end of the day were perfect and the food staff were very professional and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was great. Downtown was lovely to walk around. We used public transit and that worked well.

    This hotel is perfect if you need to stay if you need a basic hotel near the airport. Staff is very friendly, airport shuttle is fast and free of charge (just call if you arrive at airport and they come pick you up)!
