Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Wifi was excellent and the house was warm. Kitchen includes spices, sugar, salt and pepper so you don't need to bring your own. You wont find better price for private accomodations in Sumy!
