the staff did so much for me! I came for one night in Feb when it was really cold I didn’t know there is no heating, the staff borrowed a heater from someone just for me! can’t thank them enough!

The room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained—I have no complaints. There was hot water available, which was great. The owner was kind and hospitable. The location is perfect, close to Xiding bus stop, making it convenient to get around. It’s about 15–30 minutes to the Tea/Mist and Eryanping trails if you enjoy hiking. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Taiwan.

Large and very clean room. Hot and cold water dispensary available 24hrs. The husband and wife are very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent for exploring the tea trails. The B&B is located up a steep hill, but they are more than happy to pick you up by car (no charge) if you give them a call.

    If travelling with older folks (>50y/o above) who are not...

    If travelling with older folks (>50y/o above) who are not used to strenuous physical activities, I would recommend 3d2n stay in the area so that they can fully enjoy Alishan without feeling rushed, especially after the long winding drive up. Apart from the Alishan national park itself, I'd highly recommend going for the tea trail/ sakura trail/ mist trail around Shi Zhao Tea plantations in the morning if the weather is good.

    Breeze area with nature forest and Alishan tea hills. Must visit! Really a recharge to be there. If you have time stay there 2 nights at least to explore the area and unwind yourself in the nature. 1 night is still too short.

    Back to nature.

    Back to nature. It has a lot of walking trails with awesome views. Love the tea oil Chicken and fried stream shrimps. Best to rent a car or book for private transport to travel around Alisan as the interval for public bus iS at least half an hour.

    It was a beautiful accommodation. very well maintained, staff are always friendly and helpful :) The toiletries were well provided, and of good quality (Loccitane). Simple breakfast is provided, lots of tea and coffee to enjoy. You definitely need some form of transport arrangement if you have big luggages because it’s located on a mountain, and there are many vehicles around. There are many buses at the nearby bus stop (it’s about 10 mins away) that can bring you to Alishan attractions.

    The Japanese-style rooms were beautiful. Superb view of the mountain valley from all rooms, especially the tea drinking room! We were also very impressed with the facilities and equipments inside the room (the automatic toilet was a godsend!). The location was also good for exploring Shizuo village, and Alishan park area, as long as you have a car. Moreover, the B&B is ran by a tea growing family, so you can buy some good tea right there, and visit their tea farm.

    We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The host was super friendly, we had a delicious Taiwanese breakfast and the view from the terrace was stunning. We received tea upon arrival and could enjoy the tea while sitting on the rooftop terrace.
