Dar Nael is a very special place. It is a feast for the eyes and soul - beautifully styled, amazing rooms and a perfect location walking distance to Djerbahood. Excellent food for breakfast. Very much to our taste. Nothing was too much trouble for our host. We also had dinner at Dar Bibine more evenings than we ate out, and that was excellent too. Erriadh is not on the coast, but it is easy to get anywhere on the island from there using the cheap and easily found taxis. It does have marvellous and extensive street art which kept us pleasantly occupied. The world's oldest surviving Synagogue is a short walk away and worth visiting. The local people are very friendly. The town seemed very safe and hassle-free. If you want the beach, then an option that worked for us was to take a taxi across to

We really loved Maison Leila! It's a beautiful chamber's d'hôtel with swimming pool, sunbeds,... The breakfast is a small buffet with all fresh food, bread, fruits, juice,...everything you need. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Our room looked much authentic with a beautiful typical tunesian bathroom! Everything is clean.
