Close to the beach (1 min walking from our room). Beautiful common areas. Nice, well decorated, clean and big room. Shower was very nice, powerful and big and they offer even conditioning besides shampoo and soap. Super nice pool. Staff allowed us to get an earlier check in (before 2pm) as we did not feel well.

There is nothing to fault about this accommodation. The staff are incredible - some of the friendliest most helpful people I've ever met! Every day you get a fantastic breakfast with stunning views over the ocean. The amenities are fantastic; there's a beautiful pool and a coworking place on site where you can order nice coffee. Every day they offer a free shuttle service to local beaches which is fantastic and they also go above and beyond to collect you from other places too (for a small charge). We have nothing but good things to say about Utopia and hope we can return again soon!

Wonderful hosts super accomodating and made sure we were 100% comfortable and fixed any issues we had right away. The place is spacious for 2 bedrooms and has a small kitchen to cook basic foods. Right on the beach with a wonderful view. Perfect for kitesurfers.

    Location - it was like a dream.

    Location - it was like a dream. And they had a broom right outside our door so when the inevitable sand was tracked into our room, we could clean it up. We never ate in the restaurant so I can't say how it was, but the other options nearby were excellent. If you're staying longer than 3 nights and want to see more than just the hotel and its surroundings, you'll want to rent a scooter.

    A very nice and modern hotel. The rooms were clean and regularly serviced, including daily water replenishment. The room came with a bathrobe, slippers, and an umbrella, which was useful during the rain. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There are a few restaurants and shops in the area as well, which is convenient.

    Nice and quiet location, nearby there are small supermarkets and restaurants. Would still recommend to hire scooter to get around places.Close to hotel there's waterfall attraction. Good size room and decent bathroom. Hotel has swimming pool, but only 3 sunbeds and some poofs. Beach is only 2 mins walk.

    The room was nice, as shown in the pictures. Very spacious bed and very nice bathroom. The location and the beach were amazing with incredible sunsets. The hotel's shuttle, ferry and taxi package to the airport was great and made the experience a lot smoother.

    The view is stunning and the staff are super friendly. The bedroom is very comfortable. Bike rental from the hotel was cheap and convenient. The hotel restaurant and bar at the top of the hill both have good food and great views.
