Staff was amazing and friendly, and the hotel was spacious and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were new and clean. Loved their hospitality and I would def recommend it if you go do Umrah.

Exceptional, The hotel is located just a 3–4 minute walk from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for visitors. The rooms are exceptionally neat and clean, and I was highly satisfied with all the facilities. Compared to other hotels in the area, the rates are very reasonable and offer great value

    Hotel Building is almost New, Room was nice and it was with...

    Hotel Building is almost New, Room was nice and it was with good quality semi medicated mattress, super comfortable. Must appreciate Co-operative service by Mr. Saeed. Can't forget his help specially when i fell in some trouble there (actually lost in haram) but finally arrived back safely. One Tip, Always have hotel name / address with you when leaving hotel in Makkah for Haram. Its my mistake not to carry Hotel Card and then forgot Hotel Name, thus ended up in big trouble. Definitely will recommend Al Utaybiyah, Found couple of restaurants, Pakistani & Arabic in the same street, The only cerncer was to be at 1.5 k.m. away from Haram so you have to take Cab which isn't expensive. Last but not least, Rent was unbelievably under budget, I paid only SR 71/Night inc. tax, which was unbelieveable compared to the Hotel/Room Standard. Wish to visit there soon!
