Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were especially great with children, making my son feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotell has no beach as it is located at the Pearl, but as a guest at St Regis Maria Arabia you will have free access to the pool and beach at the other St Regis.
