    Bathroom was spacious.

    Bathroom was spacious. Air conditioner was not working and had to change the room causing extra trouble when repeated efforts in hot weather failed to start AC. Bad arrangements. Breakfast was not available in time. Had to leave without breakfast with few snacks in box.

    Main reason for staying in Queluz was proximity to family...

    Main reason for staying in Queluz was proximity to family that lives in Amadora, which is the only reason Queluz was "just right". Rather unassuming town but did have nice parks. It is definitely not a vacation destination.

    The property was in an excellent location to visit Queluz. It was also well connected to central Lisbon and Sintra by train. The apartment we had was large with a kitchenette which was great. The local area has a number of bars and restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Hotel is the Queen Palace and therefore we felt the spirt of 19th century. Everything was excellent staff very polite and helpful especially I have to mention receptionist Luisa, she was very kind and friendly to us.
