The hotel is really good. Extremely well located, close to the main attractions and excellent restaurants. We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire organization of the place ran smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out to us was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. He welcomed us warmly, even offered us a free beer on arrival, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. After our tour on the last day, even though we had already checked out, he kindly let us use the showers before we left for the bus terminal. That kind of generosity really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and outstanding service!

We liked pretty much everything. A beautifully restored old building in a perfect, yet quiet location. Big room, comfy beds. Good breakfast at the roof terrace. Very nice and helpful staff. We certainly stay here again when we come back to Arequipa.

I traveled all of 2023 and this hotel earned its spot on top of my list. Great location on Plaza de Armas with a killer, really romantic roofdeck view of the volcanoes surrounding Arequipa. The breakfast was phenomenal - buffet plus items to order a la carte. I booked a room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful shower and bathroom. The staff was simply phenomenal! There was a city-wide water outtage due to damage to some major pipes but the hotel went above-and-beyond to provide containers of water for its guests. I was still able to take a short shower. Simply wonderful!
