1. Loction was awesome. Literally at the central area in tromso. Easy connectivity with Airport and other places. 2. Self checkin process was seamless and easy. 3. Room was clean and cozy. The bed was really very comfortable. Nice view from the room. 4. On Sundays you can hold the room till 6 pm free of cost. That was really good as I had my flight at 9 so I could hold the room untill 6. No need to checkout early and keep your luggage at luggage room. 5. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It's a really good comfortable hostel about 15 minutes walking distance from the station and 5 minutes to the main street with all the shops. We were super lucky to be able to see the northern lights directly outside the hostel. We just randomly looked up and there it was! So happy with this hostel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Not to mention, the free coffee and cocoa machine is also a plus!

Customer service and location were perfect. The rooms were smaller than expected, and I had one of the bigger family rooms. The internet was very good and reliable. The breakfast was fantastic. They even have a barista making a selection of drinks included with the breakfast. The bread is apparently homemade, and it was fantastic. Location is in the center of the city which makes it ideal for walks into the city center and it is also right in front of the most popular meeting point for tours in the area.
