We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad...
We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad condition. Broken flush button on toilet, cracked window seal, mouldy smell. We approached the manager to complain but she wasn't very cooperative. She finally swapped us to 2 single rooms and all went well. Mattress on one side of bed was a bit too soft for my back so I ended up with a stiff back. All in all good value for money hotel in the single rooms.Guest review byFranckAustralia

Also, there was no pantry where guests could make coffee or prepare instant food. There was no reception desk either, so you couldn’t ask for help on-site. You have to go to a different location about 300 meters away to collect the keys, which was quite inconvenient. The place is also a bit on the outskirts of Amsterdam.
