The room was large with a great shower and fridge, looking over the garden. We were able to store and charge our bikes in the large garden shed. The house was the Mayors house very, historic, huge and interesting, weddings still take place there. We went to the VVV and were given a personal tour of the museum by a lovely man and lady. Breakfast was excellent smoked salmon and scrambled eggs , smoothie, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lovely lady who served breakfast too.The historic centre is not huge but beautiful.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! The town was absolutely adorable and the hotel did not disappoint. We rented 2 rooms and both were beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, stylish decor, modern bathrooms plus breakfast included! Plus the sense of history as the Old Town Hall was very fun, and well respected by the owners. I cannot fault anything, our stay was absolutely perfect. My only regret is that we only stayed 1 night! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed

Very nice, modern hotel. Location is superb, very closed to the train station, but shops and downtown are also only in 10-15 minutes distance. People at the reception are also very kind.

I have never had such a restful night's sleep. The pillows were not just comfortable; they were like something out of a dream – as soft as the moon itself (my wife even bought those pillows for us)! The serene atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvenated. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's pet-friendly policy.     For us definitely one of the best spots in The Netherlands, The most clean, most cosy, very comfortable Bed & Breakfasts (and much more than that) we ever encountered as part of our yearly tour of the Netherlands and we have seen a lot. Close to railway station of the pleasant city of Breda, Railway Car Parking at reduced rate of around 5€ per day. Although Wagenberg is small, everything is at close distance when traveling by car (Supermarkets, Restaurants, Highway) and many nice villages.
