Arrived , a lovely warm welcome, amazing rooms all in theme of Alice in Wonderland. So quirky and fun. A really old building , big rooms, with great coffee and tea facilities. Close to a shop so good just to buy any essentials, or nice cakes. The breakfast was superb, an amazing spread, and lovely intro to the Netherlands. I would def return here.

Everything is perfect, cosy , comfortable and fantastic value for money . breakfast is perfect especially the croissants thank you for the omelettes each morning . Heleen has put a lot of love and thought into the Walnut Tree and makes you feel very welcome, loved the fire while relaxing in bed . we will return and thank you once again for a lovely stay xxx

    I liked the village of Dirksland, it was very Dutch ,...

    I liked the village of Dirksland, it was very Dutch , favourite spot was Het Broodje maar alleen Broodje was het zo genoemd. We ate in Broodje. Getting around Dirksland can be tricky if you don't watch where you're going. The car park was very good , it was in Neiuwstraat or part of it, parking was free. I saw the tulip fields too approaching Dirksland, avoid the Co -Op, it is too expensive, if it was cheaper then I wouldn't avoid it. The Hervoomde Kerk was quite nice.
