staff are very supportive and helpful. thanks for the room upgrade and for sending me my lost phone charger after i left . we are allowed to keep our luggage after checkout till taxi arrive at 6pm . location is the best outside Legoland hotel . with supermarket just below the building. rooms are big and very clean and comfortable . my room view was excellent looking Legoland. nice Starbucks self service machine at the lobby
