We had a fantastic stay at Tree Plus Sigiriya. The tree house was amazing—clean, well-arranged, and very comfortable with a cozy bed and great air conditioning. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Lion’s Rock. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sigiriya!

What an amazing stay! Beautiful boutique property with just 6 rooms. Property looks way better in reality than in pictures. Our room was super comfortable and felt luxurious. Lovely bathroom. Amazing pool which my child thoroughly enjoyed. Very helpful, kind, and smiling staff. Beautiful breakfast filled with local delicacies as well as as standards like eggs, cake, bread etc. They serve amazing fresh fruits during breakfast. My son fell in love with the mangoes and the staff were just so kind and indulged my son even when he asked for mango for dinner too (they didn't even charge us for this). The staff also organised local tours for us at very reasonable prices with most reliable car and driver. All in all, this was the best place in srilanka during our trip. Just go ahead and book it!

The room condition is a bit old. However, the experience of staying here cannot be evaluated simply by the quality of the accommodation. It is the best. They are a new hotel i was maybe their 5 th guest. It is pretty close to sigriya. The hotel had great view of sigriya rock from its breakfast place. It had a warm pool which was great after the lions rock hike. Most importantly the stuffs were welcoming and always ready to help us with anything with a smile. Their fresh juices and breakfast sweets are to die for. One important thing since they are new so they dont accept credit card still so please carry LKR.

Perfect place!!! The cabanas are spacious and very clean with the best shower we had in Sri Lanka. The pool is clean and large and a bonus for hot hours, we were with children who really enjoyed it. The host, Gamani, is so kind, helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better place than this.

We had a brilliant stay in Lion Gate Hotel! Everyone working there was so kind, friendly and helpful. We had the traditional breakfast in the morning which we really enjoyed. The hotel is a very short tuktuk ride from everything you could want to see and do. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool which was very well maintained.
