We had a really great stay here!! Tharanga was the loveliest host and they couldn’t do more for us. He has amazing English so communication was super easy. The pool is massive with a shallow kids section too, rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was insane, we had a few different curries and string hoppers for breakfast! They were very accommodating and let us order for specific times with vegetarian options It’s currently off season so it’s quiet, and they really kindly let us check out a couple hours later than the initial time. The whole complex is beautiful and they even had a ‘beer pub’ with a wide variety of drinks. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced and overall the stay was great value A little bit far from the town but this didn’t bother us as we just wanted to chill. Location, price, rooms, cooking facilities, property has a lot of wildlife like 2 different types squirrels, 2 different types of bats at night, monkeys, peacocks, many different kinds of birds, lizards were they are permanent residents of the water hole. Staff are amazing with information, arranging or assisting with tours, tuk tuks, delivery of meals. Special thank you to Afshal who went out of his way everyday we were there. We have stayed in many home stays in Sri Lanka and this is by far our favourite, highly recommend.

Owner is not trust worthy person we are very disappointed

GREAT HOST . We opted for the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, and it was excellent. Good Location.
