The hotel is very near to the city center and attractions. It was very accessible. The breakfast is different everyday with a lot of options. They clean the room daily and refill all the stuffs. Special thanks to Ms. Dinara who was very helpful, approachable and kind to us. Definitely recommended.

This is actually my second stay. Greatly exceeded expectations. I was a little dubious the first time I approached the building, as there's little to no signage, and it's very unassuming from outside. As soon as I entered, the hotel was warm, well presented, and the staff were amazingly accommodating. Located very close to metro and intercity railway stations, buses, as well as shops and restaurants. One woman, possibly the manager, speaks English very well, which avoided using Google Translate for a lazy, inept tourist like myself. The price is fantastic, possibly the cheapest private rooms in the city. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, well equipped, hot showers, and they also have a laundry service and coffee machine. I was warned that they're renovating a couple of the rooms, and so there may be some noise, but I literally have not heard or noticed a thing aside from a couple of spots of wall being repainted.

A very warm-hearted place to stay. The room was clean and big. All the equipments were well organized. Staffs are the best! They helped me a lot and all of the people I met were very kind! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Everything was perfect - comfortable, clean, staff is polite and helpful. I loved the breakfast too, especially that there is live piano music during breakfast time. Location is also great, right in the city center near Arbat and Panfiliva street, restaurants, supermarkets - everything is nearby.
