The staff were wonderful, and we must have hit a quiet time as we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Very relaxing and a good stopping point on the way from Phnom Penh to Battambang. The hotel picked us up from our hotel in Phnom Penh which made the trip into the countryside easy. They also arranged our onward transport to Battambang. Nothing was too much trouble. I had accidentally left my coat behind and they delivered it to the hotel where I was staying in Phnom Penh. This was incredible service.
