Room was very clean. And the hotel provided free coffee/tea available at the reception area, plus frozen food bentos. We got the room right next to the check-in area, but this meant no stairs, which made carrying the luggage easy. Ample parking available. There is a family mart right next to the hotel, which made it convenient to get snacks or breakfast. A microwave was available in the room.

Lovely fresh clean rooms. Simple but everything you need.The onsen facilities were great. An extra card key was supplied so we could keep the air conditioning running when we went out - much appreciated in the heat.

We stayed in a train antique room which is very very spacious (enough for 4 to 6 people). All the facilities are new, modern and grand. There is new private spa inside the room and the wood smell is still present. The lodge is so beautiful and beyond our expectations, you will feel like stayingin a villa!
