Katori is a charming area, where the historic buildings...
Katori is a charming area, where the historic buildings along the canal and river transport you to a bygone era. The quaint restaurants and coffee shops provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind. I imagine it’s livelier in the summer than it was during our winter visit.
