The team managing this property is very responsive and helpful. We were in Aomori during the Nebuta Festival and we appreciated that they offered tickets for getting great seats for the festival and we had a wonderful time!

The rooms are large and very well appointed including a coffee machine. The breakfast includes local products, including apples and salmon. Spa area is amazing, the onsen great. Staff is very friendly, even if not everyone speaks English, they try to help as much as they can. Great views of the city and bridge
