Property is very new. The location is fanstastic - just minutes from the main shopping street (a walk down a sloping road is required). I booked a room with 3 beds and it is truly spacious! Toilet is clean. The onsen is located on the top floor and on the same floor as our room. The onsen is also very nice. Beds, sheets, duvets and pillows are great.

The bed is incredibly comfortable; I don't want to get off it at all! The water pressure in the bathroom is impressive, allowing for a delightful shower experience similar to a spa treatment. Excellent hotel. New modern rooms with lots of space ! Close proximity to the train station and canals. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was good. Could do with some more western options. How ever this is a very minor gripe.
